NJ native Carl Tozer is an admirable US army infantry veteran, passionate welder and fabricator, and a seasoned construction professional. He is married to Heather Tozer for, with whom he shares two incredible daughters - Lilith and Lucy. For the past two years, Carl has served at Arc Pros as an experienced leader, demonstrating impeccable welding and fabrication skills he developed over many years in the business. He is highly reliable and dependable with a commitment to excellence that stands out among his peers.
Dylan Cook
Meet Dylan - a proud rodeo scholar and accomplished cowboy hailing from Camden, South Carolina. After attending Fort Scott Community College in Kansas, Dylan graduated with a welding program certification. He became an accomplished calf roper and all around cowboy, earning him recognition throughout the rodeo circuit. With an unparalleled tenacity for hard work and drive for success, there is no doubt that Dylan will continue to be successful in rodeo and his welding career.

Justin and Paige Kubiak are the inspiring husband-wife duo behind Arc Pros Welding & Fabrication LLC, a family-owned business that provides unparalleled welding and fabrication services. Justin began welding in high school with aspirations of one day owning his own shop, while Paige brings her enthusiasm for horses to the table with her talent as an accomplished non pro on the AQHA circuit. Starting from scratch with nothing but a saw, a table, and a dream, Justin and Paige have built their business into what it is today – something they can both be proud of. With their hard work and dedication to creating custom products for their clients, the couple has achieved remarkable success, proving that anything is possible when you follow your passions.
